MYTH: Do using "emergency numbers" to unlock an iPhone actually work?
QQ (Quick Question): To everyone out there who sees those unlock iPhones by the emergency number, Has it actually ever worked? Or does it even??

You can try it for yourself and see it does not work. Don't forget the YouTube videos are meant to get users to watch their videos where they are paid whether the information they provide is real or not. As long as you watch, that is all that matters. Other websites that claim to unlock your phone are straight out scams.

Yes I understand but, I had a different topic and I was not trying to make them related whatsoever Bob Timmons was putting them together even though they were not meant to be. But I rebooted the phone with all the data still on it.
Everyone here is a volunteer, doing the best they can. So, if you can't say anything nice, it's best to say nothing.
Is this AL slop, or the latest wrong from TikTok, or is there some other new place for acquiring wrong info?
Adios
Nope, the emergency feature is designed for contacting emergency services and emergency contact. Anything saying otherwise would likely be a staged setup of some sort to make views think that it can be done.
Re: “So unless you are going to help them , Stop mentioning the same topic”
Nobody here would help you unlock an iPhone belonging to someone else even if they could. And those who know a bit about how the Find My system and Activation Lock works are not obligated to stay quiet just because you might prefer for them to do so.
