Mobile data (5G) is not working and navigation apps cannot get data when I connect to apple wireless carplay and have wifi assit turned on. Cannot get data on my mobile either when connected.

Wireless CarPlay uses Wi-Fi + Bluetooth simultaneously:
When you connect to wireless CarPlay, your iPhone automatically joins the car’s Wi-Fi hotspot signal, which is not a real internet network.

“I’m on Wi-Fi, so I should stop using mobile data.”
