Yes, a model number which starts with the number 5 is a refurbished iPhone. It was refurbished by an Apple approved refurbisher, but NOT by Apple. That is why the warranty is expired as the phone has no warranty at all with Apple.
No, there are no site you can go to. But the phone is definitely refurbished. If you're not pleased with your purchase, there is nothing anyone here on this user to user only forum can do to help you, nor will Apple get involved. You bought a refurbished iPhone from some seller, and this is completely between you and them. Since you are in Russia, there is no support nor warranty for iPhone in Russia anyway.
