Am I able to play rented or purchased movies from the website, not the app?

I do not have access to the Apple TV app on my computer and need to watch a purchased movie from the website, I have added it to my watchlist, but the title does not appear on the website. Is there any way to do this? I am not subscribed to Apple TV.
