How to cancel a scam transaction and return money from an Apple Store in Dubai?

Scamed and I have an order from the scamer from a shop of apple in Dubai.

The time of the transaction is 15:30 bulgarian time.

The amount of the money is 1383.90 BGN / Levs, or 3000 AED

The number of the transaction is ************.


The name of the card howder is me, Ivan ********

Please let me know if you can cancel the transaction and the purchace and return the money to the bank account.

If you need any more information I will be happy to provide it, if I have it.

Does the message give you a way to provide your payment credentials or present your Apple Account to the scammers, because that’s the usual goal of some common phishing messages. It’ll be a link to a website that will look like your bank, or like the Apple Account login, but is not your bank, and not Apple. Do not provide your credentials.


If this message is a real transaction and is not phishing, and this transaction is shown on your current bank card’s billing data, and your bank allowed this transaction through, then you’ll want to have a discussion about this transaction with the bank. The contact info for your bank is usually on the back of the bank card.
