How to turn off autoplay on Apple TV?

For AppleTV, is there a way to turn off auto play so that returns to menu when episode or movie finishes? Do not want it to automatically play next episode or whatever is next in play list. Thanks.

To completely stop Apple TV from auto-playing anything:

Turn OFF Apple TV app autoplay (Settings → Apps → TV).
Turn OFF in-app autoplay options (inside TV app).
Disable autoplay inside each streaming service (Netflix, Prime, Disney+, YouTube, Hulu).
Turn OFF Home Screen video previews.
Remove any items stuck in Up Next.

After these changes, your Apple TV will finish the episode or movie and return to the menu, exactly as you want.
