How do I reinstall Windows programs on a wiped MacBook after forgetting iCloud password?

`now im leary about doing anything at all because i just wipe my MACbook beccause i couldnt remember my icloud PW. Do I just reinstalled the Wndows programs directly rom my HP as i did before
