APPLE TV not working, after being billed TWICE

I can't seem to get my apple tv working even after paying TWICE for it and apple account got charged TWICE

HELP anyone?

If this is a new subscription, were you charged for the current month, and then perhaps for the month ahead ?

We don't know whether this is for Apple tv app itself, for watching on on a smart tv, or for an Apple tv device / box ?


If for the Apple TV app on iPhone:

The newest iOS update is iOS 26.1 ... if you haven't already installed that, updating may help.
