iPhone Calendar adds events to wrong date

Check Settings > Apps > Calendar > Time Zone Override and be certain it’s set as you wish.

If I am on the first or second event on a date, adding an Event goes to the Previous Date. But if I scroll down to At Least the 3rd Event on that date, the Added Event goes to the correct date.
