how can I remove iso 26 from my I pad. I hate the new operations that it installed. Such as split screen option removal, slow sync to iPhone, no option to save security video to pictures, etc.

You cannot remove iOS 26 once installed, but...
The Split Screen has not been removed, it just changed how it's accessed.
Go to Settings ➡️ Multitasking & Dock and make sure either Windowed or Stage Manager is selected.
Then open an app, and swipe down from the top to bring down the menu bar, tap on the colored bubbles at the top, and then then press and hold on the green bubble and select an option from there.
Slow sync to what?
Syncing to computers has not changed with iOS 26.
What security video? From where?
How did you do it before?
After a software update is installed for iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, watchOS, and visionOS, it cannot be downgraded to the previous version.

Blink. When you select the video and it opens, you tap on the download button and select the place you want it to go. Pictures was a selection but is not now. I haven’t downloaded the ISO 26 to my iPhone yet and it will still work.
From the time of updates. I am unable to use my iPad. Paid for apple support. It was unable to get a tech to fix issues i now have a iPad that is not operational. APPLE. Please contact me. q**********m. I don’t know my password for iCloud or apple account!!!

There should be an option labeled "Save video", that one should save it into the Photos app.
There is not, but there on my iPhone because I haven’t loaded the update and properly want.
Also meant to say the sync problem is takes forever to sync with my iPhone. I don’t have a computer
Syncing speed is totally dependent on the internet connection speed on both devices. If you have VPN installed this can slow down your internet connection significantly.
