How do I fix Apple Watch not receiving all notifications after an update?

i updated my watch and stopped receiving notifications, they’re set to mirror from my phone and i only get text message notifications vs. the notifications i get on my phone. I’ve reset the whole watch TWICE and it goes back to “ normal “ then a few days later it does it again. Pls helpppp.
