NTFS app not running

Hello everybody here!

I have this problem and am hoping that somebody could help me:

The NTFS app does not start at all on my iMac, and I don't know why.

Is the following text of any help?

If by NTFS app, you are implying a Windows executable application on a mounted NTFS drive, then it cannot run on macOS.

Which macOS version?

Which NTFS app? (macOS supports read-only NTFS. Third-party can support read-write.)

One NTFS volume involved, or all volumes and devices tested?

If you are using a third-party NTFS client for read-write access such as Paragon, check for updates, then check with the third-party vendor.
