Cannot connect iphone 16 pro to synco xview

I want to connect my new synco m4 xview to my iphone 16 pro and the xview device is not showing on screen mirroring

i was told by apple representative that iphone screen mirroring doesn’t read except authorized apple devices in screen mirroring

I tried a 3rd party app for screen mirroring and it says that in order to reach the device i want to mirror they need to be on same wifi network but xview doesn’t connect to wifi networks so what can i do now to connect??

I want to connect synco m4 to my iphone 16 pro but i am having issues

1) i cannot see or it doesnt show up in screen mirroring

2) when searching for SSID: SYNCO-xxxx in my wifi networks i can not find it.. also tried to add as hidden but not working

3) i see everything mentions that they need to be on same network to do screen mirroring but synco doesn’t get any screen other than this

I need a solution any idea??
