iPhone 13

Hello! My daughter has an iPhone 13. She tried to download a game and fell victim to scammers. She entered someone else's ID into her phone. We currently don't have access to the phone because it's locked. We don't have a receipt, so we can't verify the purchase with one. We bought the phone from a friend who sells wholesale. We have the original box and the phone itself. We have correspondence with the scammers (in Russian). We've sent two messages to Apple support, but haven't received a response yet. Please help unlock the phone.

I'm afraid that without the original receipt from Apple or an Apple authorized dealer, Apple will not unlock that iPhone. I have never in hundreds of topics about this seen a case where somebody said Apple would accept any other kind of proof of ownership. The scammer likely also set Lost Mode on the device, in which case Apple wouldn't unlock it for you even if you had the receipt.
