Apple watch ultra 3 Titanium manufacturing DEFECT!

Has anyone dealt with a manufacturing defect on the titanium body of an Apple watch? I noticed it after about fourteen days, and the Apple store told me that it was mechanical damage and that if I had noticed it immediately after unpacking, they could have done something about it. Can you believe it? They are tiny scratches, probably from poor polishing, and there are also dark spots, but unfortunately, you can only see them in good light and at a certain angle. Today, I got really angry at Apple!
