Attempting to update our child’s birthday on their iCloud account and we continually get “Date of birth could not be changed because of a server error”
We couldn’t create an account when she was 12 so we added a year and now we’d like to change it to get actual DOB however this continuing to happen.

There's different requirements and possibilities to change the age on an account depending upon the age of the person, their target age, and the country's age definition of "child".
Thank you for the quick reply, however none of that answered my question.
As of now our child’s account says “pending approval from parent” and each time we try to approve it, Apple sends us through multiple pages, multiple account logins and then tells us there is a Server Error.
