Help please. This is Insane!!!

for the last 3-4 years. I have had someone, I believe my ex, has had access to my account. They have deep control over everything. They’ve linked their Amazon business account to my iCloud’s account. They’ve had the ability to delete massive amounts of files my phone generates hundreds of crash files an hour. I have had evidence of screen mirroring because I was not able to screen record due to screen mirroring in effect. Somehow they’ve used some sort of remote control access to prevent me from even reporting this to IC3url: 'https://mobile.events.data.microsoft.com/https://mobile.events.data.microsoft.com/OneCollector/1.0/

Reset your devices to factory settings, create a new Apple Account, a new Google account, a new Amazon account.

Start your digital life again.

If you need your data or photos, upload them to a NEW MS OneDrive or your NEW Google account before resetting.

If you feel an unauthorized person/app is remotely using, controlling or monitoring your device, then that is possible only if you have done one or more of the following Don'ts...

  1. Don't hand over an iPhone to kids or to a stranger without Enabling Guided Access
  2. Don't share Apple IDs
  3. Don't Jailbreak
  4. Don't share sensitive information pertaining to your device
  5. Don't give in to Phishing
  6. Don't plug in your device in Airports and Public places through third-party cables and trust the device. Beware of Juice Jacking. (Especially in India)
  7. Don't leave your iPhone unlocked and unattended in public places like offices, schools, malls, etc.

If one of the above is true then quickly change the Apple ID Password and Return iPhone settings to their defaults.

  1. Immediately change your Apple ID password
    1. Go to Settings → [your name] → Sign-In & Security → Change Password.
    2. This signs out anyone using your account.
  2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (if not already): Same menu → Two-Factor Authentication → Turn On.
  3. Check for any unknown devices linked to your account:
    1. Settings → [your name] → Devices.:
    2. If you see anything you don’t recognize, tap it → Remove from Account.
  4. Check for unknown profiles or device management:
    1. Settings → General → VPN & Device Management.
    2. If you see a profile you didn’t install, tap it → Remove Profile.
  5. Check Accessibility & Screen Sharing settings
    1. Settings → Accessibility → Switch Control, Voice Control, or Remote Control — turn off anything you didn’t set up.
    2. Settings → General → AirPlay & Handoff → make sure AirPlay is set to Ask or Never Automatically.
  6. Sign out of iCloud everywhere and reset
    1. Go to Settings → [your name] → Sign Out (you’ll need your password).
    2. Then back up your photos to iCloud or your computer.
    3. Go to Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Erase All Content and Settings.:
    4. Set it up as a New iPhone (not from a backup), so nothing suspicious is restored.
  7. Update iOS: Always keep the latest iOS version for security fixes.

If a person has ever had your passcode, they could’ve installed something quietly — so the full erase and setting up as new is the safest option. How to factory reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Keep the iPhone updated to the latest iOS always and never Jailbreak. That's it.

iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be hacked or infected with Viruses / Malware / Spyware *** unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious software or unauthorized apps directly from the internet and installed them on your device, and/or have Jailbroken

It (Hacking) also depends on how careful you are in sharing sensitive and valuable information pertaining to your iPhone such as Passcode, Password, etc with your friends and family members.

Be judicious when sharing the device's sensitive and valuable information with friends and family members.

**The primary reason for this is Sandboxing. All third-party apps are “sandboxed”, so they are restricted from accessing files stored by other apps or from making changes to the device. Sandboxing is designed to prevent apps from gathering or modifying information stored by other apps.

Security of runtime process in iOS and iPadOS - Apple Support

The sandbox on an iPhone is a security feature that creates a restricted environment for each app to run in isolation from other apps and the operating system. It is a core component of iOS's security architecture and plays a crucial role in making iPhones more secure.

If you doubt the authenticity of the information provided earlier, you have two alternatives:

  1. Report the hacking incident to local law enforcement authorities and actively pursue the case.
  2. Accept the credibility of the information; it is impervious to hacking. Just as some individuals hold unconventional beliefs, such as a flat Earth or moon landing denial, one has the freedom to believe in anything. The choice ultimately rests with you in this open and free world.

I have documented this problem beginning in 2022, through Apple support via screen share I have an extensive record of issues getting in 2022 documented through Notes at Apple support

If this “issue” has continued for 3 years and various accounts and devices, there is never going to be a solution provided here or anywhere else. Your only logical recourse is to rid yourself of ALL electronic devices. There is absolutely nothing that can be said or done here to change your perception of what is happening.

The fact that I have contacted apple support on an ongoing basis. The fact that I have contacted Amazon about disconnecting A business account I did not create, I have submitted to them US bank statements that have her account information attached to that showing I didn’t make it or pay for it and asking them why I’m unable to disconnect and Amazon Alexa device from my iCloud or phone number. I’d love to send over that directly to you if you would like it. I don’t care anymore. It is not lol I can save any of these accounts. Lol

At no point did I give her my password. She hates apple, And to our knowledge does not have Apple products. I have been placed on a child’s account. I have her Amazon account linked to my iCloud and as I show support today, I cannot remove it even through customer support at Amazon.

And change passwords? I’ve changed phones and phone numbers and passwords made new accounts, however having MDM attached to my account without my knowledge because what I’ve learned so far is some companies do not have to notify you. Ex T-Mobile, U.S. Bank, Google workspace. I can provide any detail details and proof showing I had no knowledge of the attachments.

Finally, thank you so much, I really appreciate you, man. I was looking for how she could have done this. I clearly know who it is. She left her credit card info on the google workspace that I found attached to my google password. I found that because why would a bartender spend 7k at amazon and google workspaces. Last year? Also. My original email account *******@me. Had YUBICO 5c-NFC in the account. I got locked out of it because I thought I did something wrong, in hindsight. I found out that she was able to access stuff because of maybe a back up or session ID, she had those yubico keys in our safe. I didn’t want them anymore as I thought they were the reason I got locked out. Since I gave my keys, a personal name. Imagine my shock when I saw that key in the new account that I made two years after I lost that account. And the only reason I think this is happening now because I have to file innocent spouse relief with the IRS. And the documentation that I had mysteriously got deleted. There’s only one person those documents were talking about. And the fact that she would constantly delete her messages. So yeah. Thank you for that. This has really affected my mental health over the last 3 years. If you have anymore advice on what to do. I am getting an android soon, new number, carrier. And good riddance. She can be somebody else’s problem.
