My device is a European version

It's not a European version if you bought the phone in the U.S.

Apple does not sell the "European" version in the U.S., so even if you shipped the phone back to the U.S., it would not be covered by the warranty.

If you really did buy a "European" version in the U.S., then the phone was shipped from another dealer in Europe to a dealer in the U.S., who technically sold the phone illegally, unless it was sold to you as a "used" device.

My advice would be to pay for service with a reputable service shop. I don't know if there are authorized Apple service shops in Turkey, but if there are.......their names will appear when you open this link:

No, it is NOT the European version, it is the US version, as that would be the ONLY version sold by Apple in the US.

If someone told you that this was a "European" version, they were wrong.
