Migration issues. From intel based MacBook Pro to M4 Macbook Air.

I recently upgraded my intel MacBook Pro to an M4 MacBook Air running Sequoia 15. As expected, some of the apps that migrated are no longer compatible. When I try to delete them, I get the message they may be locked Checking the ‘get info’ they are not locked, and the locked button is greyed out.

How do I remove incompatible applications?

MacBook Air 15″, macOS 15.6

Those items are mostly not part of MacOS. They are likely damaged.

Select the Icon for one of the Apps, the hold the Control key while you click on the icon and choose "Show Package Contents". This will reveal the component parts that make up the Application package, and give you access to the pieces. You can try selecting subsets and deleting them piecemeal.
