Cannot decline free 7 days apple tv when I'm already on a 3 month free trial

Hi, I got an iphone 17 and there was a free 3 month apple tv with it that I accepted on october 1st. So my free trial is supposed to end on February 1st. Today, apple is forcing me to accept a free trial of 7 days. I cannot decline or to anything else, except to cancel my 3 month and accepting the 7 days to continue watching my show. Is there a way to decline the 7 days trial? I've tried on iphone and on a browser and both tell me to cancel my 3 month trial to accept the 7 days. I find that really frustrating...
