How to recover deleted voicemails and greeting after iOS 26.1 update on iPhone 11?

All my voicemails and my greeting were deleted after iOS 26.1 update today (on iPhone 11).

*Note: not even default outgoing vm msg. comes up!!!

Data Recovery on iCloud.com shows ONLY CONTACTS available from backup?!? All because Apple is so greedy/wants us to PAY for storage upgrade + changed the iCloud system without notice - or care for our personal vms?!? Shame on you..
