iPhone microphone overriding Bluetooth headset since Tahoe upgrade

Since upgrading to Tahoe and iOS 26, every time I launch video conferencing software (Zoom, Teams, etc.), my MacBook Pro keeps trying to use my iPhone's microphone instead of defaulting to my bluetooth headset, as it did before. Is this a known issue? Is there a way to turn off these attempts to connect to my iPhone?
