The IMAP command “APPEND” (to Drafts) failed with server error: Quota Exceeded (took 165 ms).
Get this after cancelling my online storage . I have deleted large emails attachments ,etc still no joy . any help please would be appreciated . Now gone over to Android with my phone so any help with receiving emails from my old @me account also appreciated .

Check your REAL mailbox size (don’t rely on Mail app)
Go to a browser:
→ In the bottom-left corner (or top-right, depending on region) check your Mail storage.
If it says something like:
“Your mailbox is over quota”
“You have exceeded your storage limit”
Then the server is still full.
