Hi I recently got a new phone and when I'm trying to add my cards onto the wallet it just sits loading, then never actually loads. I thought it was my wifi but no matter where or what it isn't working. also tried restarting the phone. Any suggestions?

Try resetting network settings and restarting iPhone. If that doesn’t resolve issue, try resetting all settings. You might also want to contact Apple Support. It could be an issue with the NFC module.
You need to have Apple perform diagnostics on your iPhone. It can be done in person at an Apple Retail Store or at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can also contact Apple Support and request remote diagnostics.

If you are using a VPN, try removing it completely (don't just turn it off) and see if you can then use the service.
