iPhone XR shows 'couldn't communicate with server

im trying to sign in to my iPhone XR but what shows up every time is ‘couldn’t communicate with server’.any help here

iPhone 6s, iOS 15

obeng114 ~ As your iPhone XR could be 7 years old, it's worth checking for a weak, aging battery (which can cause connectivity issues.) So...

Does your iPhone XR still have its original battery?

And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...

Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging

“Couldn’t communicate with server” when trying to sign in to an iPhone XR almost always means your device cannot reach Apple’s activation or Apple ID servers.

This does not mean your Apple ID is wrong — it means the phone cannot connect.
