iCloud Music Library unavailable

I was updating my Music Library and trying to sync it because several downloads were not showing up. When I signed out and signed back into Music on my Mac, it would try to update the iCloud Music Library for several minutes before giving me an error (4010) and saying it's unavailable. I've cleaned out the cache, signed out and signed back in, restarted, signed out and signed back into Music on my iPhone, deleted some of the latest music files I've downloaded, and just about every other piece of advice I can find online. I've been unable to sign in since yesterday. Are there any fixes for this? I use my Mac to edit and update my playlists, so this is important to me. I do subscribe to iTunes Match.
