Apple ID faded out and unresponsive
In Settings, my Apple Account and profile pic are faded out and when I try to click on it, it is unresponsive.
iPhone 16 Pro Max
Check at Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Account Changes, and make sure it is set to Allow.
Other possibilities may be:
- Member of a Family Sharing account where Screen Time settings is controlled by the Organizer.
- MDM software installed usually by a work or school environment that prevents any account changes.
