Does browser log in sync data
if my friend logged in to their icloud account through my browser, (icloud.com) , does it mix or sync her data with mine? She access through the browser. And my icloud account is on the system

No. She could upload a photo/file from your device into their account or download a photo/file from their account to your device, but the 2 accounts will not be synced together.

Yes, I'm sure 100% sure it will not mix with your data at all.
No, it shouldn't if your friend went to www.icloud.com. Did your friend do this on your iPhone using Safari, or on a browser on your home computer/laptop? And why did your friend need to log into their iCloud account on your device or computer?
