iPhone 17 Pro speaker menu shows other devices

My wife got the iPhone 17 Pro and it shows other devices in the phone speaker menu. But those devices are my Mac, my old Mac, my iPad and our daughter's MacBook Air. Her own Mac is not in the list, but she wouldn't want that either. But now on my speaker menu, I see her Mac.

I've read 10 or so posts for this same topic and they all say disable "Calls on other devices". However, that feature is not enabled on her phone, or mine as I really don't like that feature anyway.

I also so saw one post that mentions disabling Handoff. But I use that all the time between my iPhone 16 Pro and my Mac. And she occasionally uses it on her old iPhone and her Mac.

If you see devices you don’t own appearing in your iPhone’s audio output list—especially under Speaker during calls—it simply means those devices are nearby and were connected to your iPhone at some point in the past. It’s just your phone remembering old Bluetooth acquaintances. This isn’t related to the Calls on Other Devices feature at all.
