How to remove rogue Safari install link

Somehow I have picked up a Safari malicious tab that keeps opening from some shopping service called Wild Link. I have purged my caches, restarted Safari, and restarted my MacBook Pro but whenever I open Safari or a new tab within Safari, I get this tab that tries to open.

I cannot get rid of it. I got to Safari settings/privacy/manage website data and search for 'wild' and it finds this.

I remove it but it always comes back. How do I get this removed once and for all??

Thanks for helping.

The most likely culprit is an extension, which wouldn't be affected by clearing caches, restarts, etc.

Check Safari -> Settings -> Extensions and look for anything in the 'Installed' category that you don't recognize/trust/recall installing.

Most people don't run with any extensions, or at least know what they installed, so anything there may be a red flag.
