Two days ago my bottom of my phone 12 suddenly stopped working. The whole lower bottom including when using the keyboard are not working. Meanwhile, I’ve force restart the phone and my current software is ios26.1. What could be the problem here?
If your keyboard is inaccessibie you can't restore it so just take or send it to Apple for diagnosis and a possible new screen,
