How to revert iPhone update from iOS 26.1 to a previous version?
Hi, how I can undo the last update, 26.1? Is absolutely disgusting I want my phone how it looked before

To the question that you replied to about rolling back iOS, that is not an option and it never has been with any OS version. That is simply a fact.
So now that leaves you with what you want to do about it.

It is possible to prevent your iPhone from automatically updating. I did not update to iOS 17 until shortly after iOS 18 came out, and did not update to iOS 18 until shortly after iOS 26 came out. (After the second update, I believe that I may have had to once again tell the phone not to automatically update any further.)
What you can't do is selectively update – picking only the pieces of a new operating system that you like.
And in the case of iPhones and iPads, you also get cut off from intermediate updates after a while - part of Apple's strategy to "encourage" you to run the latest version of iOS / iPadOS that your device is capable of running.

Nobody is forcing you to have an iPhone. There are many options available to you and some cell providers are even running promotions where the will give you a phone. Be aware that Android 16 was recently released and includes the same style of Transparency and Blur effects, so you may need to do your research.
The new version of IOS has completely screwed up my email system and I can also no longer send items to my printer. I need the old IOS before this last update so everything will work again.
