I cannot find my imported photos in my iPhone library

My imported photos from my laptop into my iPhone doesn’t show in the photos library. How can I see my imported photos in the library like I used to see it before updating the new OS? This is frustrating!

You can't pull photos into the phone, they have to be pushed to the phone from the computer, so are you using Finder or Apple Devices or itunes to sync the photos to the phone?

Do you have iCloud photos active on the phone?
