RECOVERING APPLE ID UNLOCK WITHOUT 24 CHARACTER KEY WORD

this is my old account created since 2014 ... recently my phone got accessed on of my friend and changed password and he enabled 24 character key....so now i were logged in phone x ...in that now i cant login nor i sign out its telling to enter 24 character key word ..soo I don't about it upon that my one of Indian number got.... disabled due to am here in Saudi Arabia...i cant access to it so please help me to sought out
