Issue with support and iPhone storage

I am writing this e-mail to inform you of a problem that I have been experiencing for more than 80 days and of which I am tired. My iPhone increases every day more and more the space occupied by the system data, they count almost 150 GB to date, which does not seem very normal to me. As usual I got in touch with support, who (with all the good will) made me reset iPhone several times and install profiles but has not yet come to the end of anything. The engineers have responded by minimising the problem with "keep the iPhone updated", when iOS 26.1 came out, as per the engineers' advice, I updated and this led me to a boot load of the operating system from which I could only exit by restoring the iPhone and therefore losing everything. To date, the space has increased again and is saturating my iPhone. This problem is costing me dearly, both at work and at university because I don't receive emails and messages, iPhone deletes my contacts, events from the calendar, full immersion and logs me out of applications. As I said before, this situation doesn't seem normal to me and I can't afford to continue like this, I can't not receive emails from customers and get calls from my boss for a problem that hasn't been solved in over 80 days. I have always been a loyal fan of yours protecting your name in every discussion but in the last period I have to change my mind. I trust in your feedback in trying to solve the problem as soon as possible.
