AirPods Pro 1 hissing sound only at the beginning

Hi,

I know that there are already a lot of threads on here about hissing sounds of Air Pods Pro 1, but my issue seems to be a little different. I am getting a hissing sound only on the right AirPod and only for the first 5 seconds or so after connecting to any device. The AirPods work perfectly after for hours with zero issues. The hissing sound only appears at the very beginning.

Any ideas?
