Constantly need to enter password since update
After installing Tahoe 26.1, I am constantly being asked to enter my password and it will not accept my fingerprint.
How do I stop this as it is very annoying?
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 26.1
Make sure the settings for TouchID are on in System Settings > TouchID & Password
If they are, try deleting then re-adding your fingerprint(s).
