I was charged for Apple Music, but the subscription did not activate.
When I try to subscribe again, it asks to charge me a second time.
Please help activate the subscription or refund the charge.

Does the charge on your payment method show as Pending?
For any completed transaction you can request a refund here, but a pending charge will not be available for a refund because it has not been finalized yet.

Apple Music subscriptions are linked to the Apple ID used at the time of purchase. Check which Apple ID is currently signed in on the device. If it’s different from the one that originally purchased the Apple Music subscription, sign out and sign back in using the correct Apple ID.
