Want to cancel for not being in good faith

OK I been a paying customer for Apple care insurance coverage for 21 months through my carrier boost mobile retail store when I purchase my apple iPhone i was inform of the boost Apple care insurance coverage to purchase and were advised that they do repairs boost retail store I purchased OK but multiple times that I came for a repair at the same boost retail store that informed about the apple coverage insurance and they do repairs charge me full amount for new screen battery replacement because I lack information on the coverage it provides me multiple times and don't give you receipt so they intentionally no what they were doing asking for a full refund for this service paying for services that not being provided and I called apple seems like nothing then they boost need stop advertising your products for customers to buy and they do repairs just to violate then if you paying for apple and my phone still damaged because I found out.

This has NOTHING to do with Apple. You paid Boost Mobile for whatever they offer. You didn't buy your phone from Apple and I'm willing to bet if you Open Settings on your iPhone, tap General and look at the AppleCare area, it won't show you have AppleCare+ coverage. You bought coverage from your carrier as most carriers offer their own insurance plans.


So, you need to complain to Boost. This is also a user to user only forum where no one from Apple is here.

You pay Boost for your insurance. Complain to Boost.


Did you do as I asked you to do? Settings > General > just below iPhone Storage, IF you have a valid AppleCare+ Plan, it will be shown there. If you don't, you've been paying Boost Mobile for whatever their insurance offering is.
