I am sure both my colleagues have some very good advise to offer


1- com.google.Chrome


2 - NordVPN Threat Protection . Depending on what version, it does include both a VPN and an Antivirus / Anti Malware protection


3 - Cisco Secure Client - Socket Filter Extension 


4 - Soundflower


5 -  com.malwarebytes. Depending on what version, it does include both a VPN and an Antivirus / Anti Malware protection

Another Contributor picked of your Etrecheck Report in your other posting where the report is actually located


Though this is not a requirement, get rid of Google Chrome


Short and unpopular suggestion for some

May consider an alternative https://brave.com which is essentially Google Chrome without the Google baggage
