My AppleCare+ replacement Apple Watch is overdue

Took my Apple Watch 6 series in to the Apple Store because the battery was failing.  I have AppleCare +. They sent it off for repair. The status on their site showed that they would replace it.  It’s been almost a month now and no watch.  I called and they said due to the holidays season there is a delay.  It’s been a month.  How hard is it to ship a watch.  I use my watch to track my tachycardia and sleep patterns. Help
