What is the best LaunchPad replacement app for organizing apps on macOS Tahoe?

Any thoughts on the best LaunchPad replacement app? Doesn't matter if it is paid or unpaid or from the App Store or not. I just upgraded to Tahoe and I don't like the app access. It is just Spotlight. I had my apps organized in the old LaunchPad, and I would like to get back to the way I had it. The new Tahoe does not organize my apps the way I would like.

Thanks.

Try using Spotlight. Type ⌘+Space and type the app name in the field. When the app is listed in the field type Enter or Return. It's all part of the system.

I use the macro app Keyboard Maestro. It lets me launch apps with a 1, 2 or 3 key combination. I don't use the F keys for their original function so I have F1 set to open Quicken. I have F5 set to open the Applicstions folder, F6 the Pictures folder and Shift+Control+Command+F12 to open File Maker Pro. It's a very powerful app and can save you lots of hunting and searching time.
