Hello iPhone team, my iPhone 13, which I purchased on January 16, 2025, has been experiencing screen errors for about a month. The screen suddenly turns on and off while I'm using the phone. iPhone 13 was discontinued in 2024, so it's not clear if you bought a new iPhone or a used iPhone? iPhone 13 was released in 2021, so if it was used, the battery could be failing at this point. Open Settings > Battery > Battery Health and see if it is near, at or below 80%. If it is, you need to pay Apple to replace the battery, which will cost about $100.
If it's not a battery issue, schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar to have the phone tested and see what service may be needed --> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
