How to resolve billing issue after cancelling CapCut subscription on App Store?

I cancelled my CapCut subscription.

The payment failed and now my App Store is blocked.

I currently don’t have a payment method.

I need help to resolve the billing issue.

To avoid being charge for a subscription of renewal, you have to cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. After you are charged for the renewal, you will need to pay and will not be able to use the App Store to download or update apps until that issue is resolve. If you don't currently have a valid payment method on file, then purchase a Gift Card to pay for the amount you owe.

If a message says 'billing problem with previous purchase' or 'verification required' - Apple Support


You cannot cancel a pending charge that has failed to process due to lack of funds.
