Beats Warranty Issue

I bought Beats Fit Pro from Amazon during black friday week. I received a defective left earphone, so I sent it to the Genius Bar for repair. (It was ultimately repaired successfully). When I went to the Genius Bar, Apple staff told me I had the wrong warranty date (bought 11/2025 but warranty only till 02/2026), and I need to provide an invoice to have the warranty date corrected (should be 11/2026). I sent them the invoice from the Amazon portal, but Apple Support said they need the invoice from the original seller, iDeals Today. However, iDeals Today stated that they cannot provide the invoice, as the product was fulfilled by Amazon. What should I do?

I am having problems finding the product to which you are referring and I am not going to spend an hour researching this, but to me it looks like iDeals Today may be a third party reseller operating through the Amazon portal. You didn't buy the Beats from Amazon or Apple, you bought them from iDeals Today. I suspect Apple will only work with receipts from Apple-authorized dealers or Apple itself. So Apple wants to see the receipt from when the Beats were purchased from Apple or the authorized dealer. If iDeals bought 100 Beats from Apple to then sell on Amazon, Apple wants to see that receipt. Apple has no way of verifying authenticity of third party sales. In addition, if this was a third party sale, the warranty began when Ideals Today purchased the Beats from Apple, not when you bought them from Ideals Today, unless Ideals Today offers its own warranty.
