KIA Venga outgoing calls don't have ring tone.

I have a KIA Venga with Bluetooth. I have paired my iPhone SE to the car Bluetooth. When I dial out from the car, there is no ring tone on the car stereo although the call rings on the phone I have dialled.

iPhone SE, iOS 26

The ringing sound you hear when you make a call (“side tone”) is generated by the carrier you are using, not by your iPhone. Some carriers no longer send it, and it will probably go away completely in the near future.
