your account has been disabled in tje app store and itunes

Hello Apple Support Team,

My Apple ID account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes.

I am unable to download apps or make purchases. I believe this may be related to a billing issue or security verification, but I am not sure of the exact reason.

I kindly ask you to review my account and let me know what steps are required to restore access. I am ready to provide any necessary information to verify my identity.

It used to always be a payment issue, but Apple removed that wording.


If a message says 'Your Media & Purchases account has been disabled' - Apple Support read that eponymous support article if you see that message or one saying: “You cannot login because your account has been locked.” This is not something anybody on this forum can resolve for you.
