@me.com email sends are blocked by @gmail.com recipients.

Gmail recipients are not getting my e-mails because apparently my @me.com account does not use their required 'authentication'. Google claims: "If you use an email service provider, verify that they authenticate your domain’s email with SPF and DKIM." is there a way to get this done with my apple mail account?
