When syncing iphone using Apple device app, Music and video wont update as app says Apple music and TV are disconnected. It says press to connect but nothing happens. i've tried with both apps on and off, no luck.

I've worked on this and have sorted the problem. It seems that removing the App through Windows settings and reinstalling it through the Microsoft Store restores the connection. IT'S STILL A HUGE NUISANCE to have to use three apps when Itunes previously handled everything, but maybe Apple programmers thought we needed a few exttra apps to take up space on our hard drives (as if!)
