Macbook opening Rapport webpage on start up

Hello all, I recently installed IBM Rapport, but now my macbook keeps opening this page on start up: https://trusteer.secure.force.com/PKB/articles/en_US/FAQ/Thanks-for-installing-Rapport

Even though I don't have Safari/Chrome to open as a start up app. Any clues how to stop this? I have since uninstalled Rapport but it made no difference.

Quit Safari, then reopen it while holding down the SHIFT key.

Make sure you are uninstalling Rapport as the developer recommends

dragging to the trash it not the correct procedure.

If you suspect you have installed adware/malware. Try running this trusted utility https://www.malwarebytes.com/mac/
